Newbie with ARs and Shooting

Just starting to dive into ARs and really getting into shooting overall. I've been picking up tips and tricks from different places, and it's been a lot to take in. Just trying to soak it all up and figure things out as I go. Excited to learn more and share experiences with others. Hope to hear what you all think about getting started.

Training, Training, and more training. As an instructor I can recommend several. My fav for first timers is Appleseed. Great for the first timer, get all the basics from experienced instructors . I'm a little biased but feel it's by far the best bang for the buck. In they Great state of Maine there is not another one on the schedule right now, but with definitely be one in April, location to be determined.
