How are you planning to use your Thanksgiving leftovers?

We’ve been getting really creative with our turkey! It all started with open-faced sandwiches topped with gravy and a side of winter veggies. For breakfast, we enjoyed sweet potato biscuits, and lunch is shaping up to be turkey nachos. Tonight, we’re planning to grab some pho from a nearby spot and mix in that leftover dark meat.

Breakfast was corn beef hash, from the left over boiled dinner (see traditions thread), such s the classic open faced sandwich with turkey, stuffing, and gravy. got to love Fridays after Thanksgiving.
