What's your unique Thanksgiving tradition?

What about your family? Do you have any unique Thanksgiving traditions? Ours, once we finish eating and have dessert, we draw names for our Secret Santa. If we opt for the fake Christmas tree that year, the family members who aren’t in the kitchen will take the whole day to set it up and decorate it

My wife's family is from Newfoundland so in addition to the turkey we have a boiled dinner . Not sure if I like the Thursday meal or the Friday morning hash better.
