Winter hollow-points

I'm curious if anyone has run into reliability issues with hollow-point ammo when the temperatures fall below freezing.
 
I don't find cold weather it self make hollow point less effective. But the heavy cloths that we in the north wear from November to March. They can clog the hollow and effect expansion . With my gun and magazine on my belt it's amazing every night how warm they stay when I remove them for the night.

Clothing in winter basically becomes a variable nobody talks about until you actually see how much it changes performance.
