What’s that little thing that annoys you way more than it probably should?

Seriously, what’s up with people who don’t return their grocery carts? The cart return is RIGHT THERE and it takes just 5 seconds! Why is this so hard?

That list is to long, I'll just stay will you. In the big stores I use the cart return in the lots, at the small local store I like to take them back to the entry way. Dodging them in the parking lot is a sport all it's own.

what bugs me the most is when someone is at a gun shop and keeps dryfiring a gun over and over right net to you. I know they are excited but that clicking sound drives me crazy

What bothers me more is when you ask to look at something and they hand it to you slide closed and magazine in. My 13 year old son's know better than that. Complacency is a bigger problem that lack of knowledge.

I always returned the cart in years past. I've had 3 back surgeries and often have extreme difficulty walking so I am less apt to put them away now. They are out of the way by the handicap spot I'm parked at. I wish that weren't the case but there are times I have all I can do to walk around the store.

Little things are less apt to annoy me now. There are enough bigger things that do that.
However, my grandmother was a schoolteacher in our area over a 40-year period. She was head of the English Dept at SAD 44 when she retired. She had a master's degree in English. She spent a lot of time with us growing up and corrected us every time we misspoke and made us repeat it back to her correctly, WITH NO BACK TALK, or you got the back of her hand. She was also fun and loving, but commanded respect! Here is what I was getting to.
When people speak, I hear every improper use of the English language. Thanks Gram....
I really suffer around southerners who couldn't conjugate a verb if their life depended on it! "Had went" really gets me....
Seriously, Gram died in 2001 at 87 years old and I miss her dearly.
