Lately, I’ve been getting into longer-range shooting especially since I have some private land where I can really practice. I’m thinking about putting together a precision rifle for that. I bet there are some knowledgeable folks on this forum who can help me out. I can’t wait to learn from everyone and share some of my hunting tales. Should be a blast!

H2R, so you don't get another long soap box answer. A few clarifying questions. Are you interested in a long range rifle for hunting or target, do you have a particular caliber in mind, do you like traditional wood and steel or aluminum and polymer?
