Try Cabelas in Scarborough, they stock Hodgdon and IMR powders year round, even Varget for rifles. Call ahead though, it flies off shelves in fall.

Sportsmans Warehouse in Augusta has reliable Alliant stock, including Reloder 15.

Ok, I appreciate the suggestions. I was thinking about Powder Valley online. Any experience with that?

Yeah, Powder Valley's great and been around forever and has a ton of powders, primers, and reloading gear at good prices, just make sure you're on the legit site, not some sketchy knockoff.
