I’ve always loved .22 rifles, 1911s, and lever guns, but I recently took the plunge and bought my first polymer striker-fired pistol. Now, I’m hoping to get some recommendations on sights, holsters, and carry options.

As I said before, Welcome. I to really like my rimfires. Have a collection of what I call first rifles. Everything from Remingtons, Winchesters, Stevens, Marlins, and Savages to newer Henry's and an older Quackenbush and Hamilton . As well as a selection of vintage 22 target rifles. And what gun guy doesn't have a 1022 or 2 or in my case 8. So I think you will fit in well. There is a holster thread going, many of the recommend brands hold true to your striker fired gun sa well.
